1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Services Provided

Wellstex Rendering provides rendering services, including but not limited to concrete finish, textured finishes, cladding, and home repairs for domestic and commercial properties. Specific project details, timelines, and pricing are discussed and agreed upon individually with each client.

3. Payments & Deposits

  • A 10% non-refundable upfront deposit is required before work commences. This confirms your booking and secures materials.

  • Progress payments are required at milestones discussed and agreed upon before the start of each project.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion and must be settled within 7 days of receiving the final invoice.

  • Failure to make payments within the agreed timeframes may result in work stoppage, additional fees, or legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

  • All payments are processed securely. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, the 10% deposit is non-refundable.

  • If a project is canceled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment covering completed work and materials used up to the cancellation date.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, clients must:

  • Provide clear access to the worksite.

  • Communicate any special requirements before work begins.

  • Approve materials, colors, and finishes before application.

  • Ensure timely payments according to the agreed schedule.

6. Warranty & Quality Assurance

  • We stand by our workmanship and use high-quality materials to ensure durability.

  • Our services come with a 7 day warranty covering defects in workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by external factors such as structural movement, weather, or improper maintenance.

  • If you have any concerns about the work completed, please contact us within 7 days of project completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Wellstex Rendering is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, supply shortages, or client-related delays.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues that impact the rendering work.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided and does not cover indirect damages or financial losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
